Following are a collection of documents and forms that may be required by parents, participants, volunteers and interested parties.

Hot Weather Policy

 

Play will be cancelled when:

​

Senior Grades (Amended for 2024/2025 season)

Temperature Reading Location: Mount Barker

Temperature Threshold: 40 degrees

Enforcement for Abandoned Matches: Forecast update the morning of match day (approx. 5:30am) meets or exceeds the temperature threshold

Junior Grades (Amended for 2024/25 season)

Morning Matches -

Temperature Reading Location: Heathfield

Temperature Threshold: 36 degrees

Enforcement for Abandoned Matches: Forecast for 10:30am on match day, published on the BOM weather app from 5:00pm the night before match day, meets or exceeds the temperature threshold

Evening Matches - 

Temperature Reading Location: Heathfield

Temperature Threshold: 36 degrees

Enforcement for Abandoned Matches: Forecast for 5:30pm on match day, published on the BOM weather app from 9:00am on match day, meets or exceeds the temperature threshold
